Recently we were tasked with carrying out a complete spring clean to the grounds and outside walls of an apartment complex in Tralee, Co. Kerry. There was quite a bit of ivy, trees and other growth to be removed and disposed of. There were also an amount of external walls, windows, slates and brick paving to be washed.

We tidied up the entire yard and removed all weeds, ivy, trees and other excess growth. We then removed all excess moss etc from the roof slates and treated the roofs with AlgoClear, in order to remove algae and prevent regrowth. AlgoClear is ideal for use on existing roofs, as it doesn’t require power washing, which mightn’t be suitable if the roof slates or tiles are brittle. This roof cleaning can also be done without walking on the roof, if necessary.

Working down, we cleared the gutters and washed all walls and windows and paving in the communal courtyard with AlgoClear, rinsing it off and ensuring the whole place was left spotless.
